my story
Born in Sri Lanka and raised in Negombo, Mahesh Silva transformed a childhood passion for fitness into an international career defined by discipline, sacrifice, and excellence. Today, he is the founder of MCA Asian Fitness in Naples, Italy, and a European-certified fitness professional.
After moving to Europe, Mahesh pursued his vision relentlessly — building his own physique through structured training before stepping onto international stages. He has earned multiple titles at prestigious IBFF and TIAF competitions, proudly representing Sri Lanka through his achievements.
He holds European certifications including Bodybuilding & Fitness Instructor (BB1, BB2) and Personal Trainer (PT1 Europe), combining scientific knowledge with real-world competitive experience. He is also an authorized supplement dealer for Plusport and other leading nutrition brands, ensuring clients receive trusted, high-quality guidance.
Through MCA Asian Fitness, his mission is clear: to help individuals build strength, confidence, and lasting transformation.
